About

Why I Started This

I didn’t set out to start a blog about screen time.

I just noticed that every time I had a free moment — in line, between work tasks, even mid-conversation — I was reaching for my phone. I wasn’t choosing what to consume. I was just… scrolling.

And the worst part? It wasn’t helping. I wasn’t more informed. I wasn’t more relaxed. I was just more distracted.

So I decided to do something about it — not by going off-grid or deleting everything, but by changing the way I use tech. AntiScrollMethod is the result.

What This Is (And Isn’t)

This isn’t a productivity cult.
This isn’t “digital minimalism” with a superiority complex.
And it’s definitely not about shaming you for using your phone.

This is about awareness.
Intention.
Focus.

It’s about rewiring how we interact with the things that demand our attention — and learning to take that attention back.

Who This Is For

  • If your thumb automatically opens Instagram before you realize it…
  • If you close TikTok and feel worse than when you opened it…
  • If you’ve got stuff to do, but your brain is just… foggy…

You’re in the right place.

What You’ll Find Here

You’ll find short, clear, personal posts about:

  • Why scrolling feels addictive
  • What’s actually behind that constant need to check
  • How to set boundaries without deleting everything
  • Focus strategies that actually work
  • How I reset my brain (and sometimes fail — and that’s okay)
